1. Introduction

INNOVA Integrated Solutions is committed to maintaining the highest standards of ethical business practices and compliance with applicable laws. 2. Purpose

This policy aims to:

3. Scope

This policy applies to all employees, officers, contractors, consultants, and affiliates of Innova Integrated Solutions in Kuwait and abroad.

4. Compliance Commitments
4.1 Ethical Business Conduct

• All representatives are expected to uphold honesty, fairness, and respect in their professional conduct.
• Activities such as fraud, misrepresentation, or manipulation are strictly prohibited.

4.2 Legal and Regulatory Compliance

• Full compliance with Kuwait’s business regulations, labor laws, data protection laws, and international compliance standards.
• Employees must remain informed about regulatory changes relevant to their roles.

4.3 Anti-Corruption and Bribery Prevention

• Any form of bribery, kickbacks, or facilitation payments is forbidden.
• Gifts and entertainment must be appropriate, infrequent, and disclosed where required.

4.4 Dealings with Government Officials

• Employees must seek prior written approval before offering anything of value to government officials.
• All transactions and relationships must be documented and auditable.

5. Data Privacy and Security

• All personal and corporate information must be secured against unauthorized access or disclosure.
• Employees must follow internal IT security protocols and report suspected breaches.

6. Risk Management and Controls

• Routine internal audits will monitor compliance and identify risks.
• Findings from audits or investigations will be reviewed and corrective actions applied.

7. Employee Training and Awareness

• Ongoing compliance and ethics training will be mandatory for all staff.
• Training sessions will be updated based on legal changes and risk assessments

8. Reporting Misconduct and Violations

No retaliation will be permitted against whistleblowers who act in good faith.
